TWO weeks progress!  Left: 135 pounds Right:128 pounds  I don’t starve myself or follow any diet, I eat what I think is healthy and what tastes good.  1 hour of cardio a day, 4-5x a week. 30 mins weights/ab circuit, 3x a week.  I FEEL GREAT.
